The terms, conditions and limitation of liability under which tours are organised and operated by Di-Anne Enterprises are detailed hereunder, and the payment of the tour deposit or the tour price represents acceptance by the purchaser of the following:

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

For clubs and groups, a deposit of 10% per passenger is required within one week of booking to secure that booking. The remaining amount is to be paid in full one week before the booking.

For individuals, full payment is required when booking.

Credit card facilities are available.

Sorry, no refunds. No concessions.

SMOKING and ALCOHOL

Government regulations forbid smoking in tourist coaches, however there is an opportunity for those who desire to smoke during some stops in the itinerary.

Alcohol is NOT permitted on the coach.

PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS and CONDITIONS

Passengers will not be allowed to disembark the coach whilst on private property due to public liability issues.

Any special passenger requirements, including dietary, MUST be notified to Di-Anne Enterprises at the time of booking.

This type of tour is not suitable for small children.

The responsibility of your comfort during the tour belongs to the various contracted coach companies.

Food served is the responsibility of the community groups who organises morning tea and a great Aussie Pub for lunches.

ITINERARIES

The itinerary is a guide only. Di-Anne Enterprises reserves the right to alter the itinerary without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to filming restrictions, road, weather or traffic conditions.

'Drovers Run' (as seen in the series) is NOT included in the itinerary due to the property being strictly secured by Channel Nine. Meeting the stars of the series is not possible due to their contractual agreements, although they may be seen at some filming locations.
